The SRL framework, adapted by Andie Byrnes 2018

This section has been divided into 12 sections, containing the content of my PhD thesis (initially submitted June 2018).

It should be noted that Chapter 5 is not the original submitted and accepted.  For submission of the thesis Chapter 5, The Vulnerability Context – Risk and Uncertainty in Dryland Environments, had to be significantly reduced in order to conform to the maximum word count for submission of the thesis, but on this website the original version has been published in full.  This is because I believe that it may be as useful a tool for other researchers as it was for me.

The full thesis, the version that was submitted, with a shorter version of Chapter 5 and minus the case studies can be downloaded here.  Alternatively, the chapters are as follows, and can either be looked at on screen by following the links or downloaded as individual PDFs.
